Pros

Flexible, Great Benefits, Decent Area/Location, Overall fun place to work. This location is extremely diverse. Great job with minimal customer service experience.

Cons

No room for growth, Everything is political, don’t honor college degrees, no real formal training or resources to assist in success.

Quick advancement, decent pay, nice hours to chose from,

Cons

Focus on the customer satisfaction and not so much the employees every single move it felt more like high school than a real job it's too micromanaged it wasn't pleasant that you have so many protocols to follow they need to loosen up a lot or the turn over rate will never lower
