low pay, lots of stress

Pros

good reputation in the industry less pushy selling lots of loyal employee who has more than sufficient knowledge good learning program

Cons

much lower pay as compared to other banks loyal employees not get rewarded low payrise and bonus people have to struggle with their work loads as management are not willing to hire more people

Pros

Global company, more opportunities working around the world. It is also sponsor the H1B and green card if you are a foreigner.

Cons

pay is lower, bonus is little. Promotion is slower, there are not too many opportunities in North America as it focuses on Asia.
