Pros

Professional team and positive attitude among department functional teams.

Cons

Lack of sharing of resources and information across departments. Ineffective communication. Not a 'authentic' buy-in related to driving the business but a 'perceived' buy-in. Professional culture varies across functional departments.

Pros

Offers good packages to new joiner

Cons

Work environment is not healthy and known for bad politics as you move up in the hierarchy. There are very less good projects and rest of projects are typical support projects.
