Nice people, good working structure, senior management seemed keen to get things done and put plans in place to make sure things did get done

Some beurocracy, some people who aren't keen on change

Pros

Global reach and exposure. Safe, sensible, not going to tank. Staff are loyal to each other and supportive. Good work life balance.

Cons

Time based career progression. Staff have limited expectations and aspirations. Pay is second quartile relative to market. Highly bureaucratic. Far more of a super tanker than a speed boat. Low risk appetite, slow to change.

People are generally friendly and helpful. Organisation is willing to invest in people although it is a large and bureaucratic place.

Cons

Pay is often poor especially for people who raise up the ranks. Perks are however very good in terms of holidays and healthcare.
