Pros
Growing by leaps and bounds. Lots of locations. Seems to be pro employee. Seems to be hiring often to fill additional space in new offices. Promotes employee engagement.
Cons
Just because the company as a whole promotes employee engagement doesn't mean each individual office does. You may get in a good office with a great producer who is a go getter or you may get in an office with a micromanaging did. Aside from becoming a producer, there doesn't really appear to have any room for growth.
