      Pros

      A vibrant, evolving workplace with a broad demographic that provides challenging and exciting opportunities for new entrants to the industry while respecting the continuing contributions of senior employees.

      Cons

      While it provides a fair bit of branch autonomy, the local hub structure sometimes fails to take advantage of the economies of scale and consistency of vision and methods that could be achieved through such a large company.

      Extremely Disorganized for such a Large Privately-held Company

      Pros

      I enjoyed the clients I worked for and many of the Producers at HUB.

      Cons

      Highly unorganized environment for such a large broker; little or no career development available; poor work environment marred by intensively negative office "politics", list of inefficiencies in client service facing workflows too great too list! Little to no appreciation for loyal employees that refrain from complaints over heavy workloads and backlogs.
