      Pros

      Cannot think of any pros for the company as an employee. The company has very good brand recognition though, and is well known in the industry.

      Cons

      Too many managers!!! Incredibly disorganized from the overabundance of middle management. Lack of communication from management about any topic. Sales staff get comfortable very easily, and are not results oriented.

      Pros

      The company is growing and lean so you are unlikely to be laid off. Not a micromanaging environment. Nice people.

      Cons

      It's all about the initial compensation at HUB. The benefits get worse every year. Wage and salary caps. This place is about top executives first, producers second, and the rest are viewed as lucky to have a job.
