      Learned how not to run a company.

      Pros

      Salary and opportunities are good. Many opportunities to implement efficiencies and be creative in the accounting and financials sides, Good benefits, in comparison to the average benefit package in Albuquerque.

      Cons

      Leadership does not know what they want, there is a revolving door for senior vp's and general managers. Constant reorganizations ends up affecting moral of employees.

      Pros

      Have access to many top rated insurance carriers.

      Cons

      Pay not competitive for the industry - no raises for 4 years. Lots of turnover and office constantly in flux. Training inadequate. Not recognized when you do something right, only reprimanded when you make a mistake, so morale is an issue. Only concerned with the bottom dollar, not concerned with providing exceptional products and services to your clients.

      Pros

      Good Benefits, good place to get some experience to move on, lots of offices to transfer to. Christmas bonus program is good.

      Cons

      Male-centered world. "Sales Culture" there is like a cult. Executive play dumb with employees then blame everything on the middle management. Don't empower managers to make any real decisions.
