      Negative company culture, a lot of favoritism

      Pros

      is a company that offers lot of stability. Many employees have been in the company longer than 10 years. Some salaries are actually good, but that is not the case for all the positions, for the employees like outside sales, bonuses are good. Upper management has good salaries too. Product is good.

      Cons

      The company culture is very negative. There is favoritism for many employees. It all depends who your friends are. It doesn't really matter if you are a good or bad employee, the chances of you moving forward are close to zero. Management focuses on what you did wrong and not on what you have done right. Managements focuses on gossip rather than ability. Many good employees have left the company

      Busy and Growing

      Pros

      Treated like a person not a number. Growing like crazy. Clean environment. Conditioned environment (A/C). Not talked down to. management has had talks with us as though they are trying to improve as much as possible.

      Cons

      Growth is so fast it is hard to keep up. Point system (late, miss day) is hard to understand. Other people say there are "clicks" but I see it as do your job and worry about yourself

      Great staff horrible management

      Pros

      A good group of hard workers who are not in management.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. There is no planning involved, and the only way anything every gets done is if it is a reaction to something that went horribly wrong due to negligence. If it was not for the engineers, and technicians everything would have fallen apart. The people who end up trying to fix everything because of managements ineptitude end up working 10-12 hour days, and get no recognition for it. If you are not one of the liked employees, odds of you getting a good raise are pretty slim. This is well known that Hydac plays favorites. As of now many of the current employees are looking for a new job so they will have a ton of openings in the future, but it is due to all of current employees leaving.
