      Pros

      Interesting products, applications and systems. Great people in engineering and production.

      Cons

      There is no company culture whatsoever, I.T systems and processes hold back efficiency massively, No point having middle management as directors make every decision for them. Pay is average to low compared to industry. No HR or support for employees. Workload will continually increase until someone breaks.

      - Wonderful boss. Division manager is a people person, who values family and doing the right thing. - Great team around me, willing to assist and carry the load if I'm bogged down. - Decent pay for job responsibilities, opportunities to learn.

      - Accountability is lacking - Senior management is turning into a profit/performance over people organization and it's sad to see. - Board influences too much. - Lack of training program or training opportunities to further professional development. - Lack of clear and concise development plan to grow within the company
