      The people that worked for me did their best, but sadly I could not reward them for it

      Cons

      President will never allow the managers of the company to do what needs to be done to gain respect, increase moral and drive improvement within the company. Very demeaning to staff.

      Pros

      Salaries competitive , can be a good learning experience. Product basically originated in Germany, but certain product lines have been rolled out to manufacturing locations in USA, creating opportunities.

      Cons

      Little chance for advancement and there is significant turnover of key personnel throughout the organization. Top management needs better judgment/strategic planning, particularly regarding people, as well as proper execution of any expansion efforts. Waste of talent and then re-training of replacements.

      Good pay and the fellow employees are nice

      Cons

      The workload was way too much, and management did not want to see it. Favoritism on both sides of customer service is rampant, and only certain CSR’S get everything. Bosses seem to thrive on Gossip.
