Extremely unprofessional and rude management. It seems that a lot of hiring has to do with someone being a friend or a family member. Promotions do not seem based on merit.

Hydac has always been OEM focused, they have lacked in understanding the MRO market and how the two differ. 70% of managers that have direct reports don't have management training on how to manage people.
