Pros

Get hands on the machine is fun but sometimes dangerous.

Cons

As a software engineer, I was always assigned to fix the bugs instead of focusing on the development. Fixing bugs meaning you need to run buggy software on the machine which might chop your arm off. The working atmosphere is depressing, it doesn't have flexible hours.

Absolutely no negative comments. Always admired the company. Even after having been laid off, I still speak very highly of the company at every opportunity.
