Most of my co-workers were helpful.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement Management The recruiter wrapped overtime compensation into my total benefits package, which I thought was weird. It turns out that there is an unspoken rule within the company that 'encourages' employees to work overtime. This could be tied to promotions etc, but I'll never know. I left as fast as I could.
