Expect conflicts and stress if you work for Haas

Pros

Good benefits, coworkers mostly support each other. Some good managers and many bad. Pay not to bad with bonus. Good free lunch at end of month

Cons

Unless you have connection forget promotions. Taking initiative is punished then on review if you ever get one you are told to take initiative. What? Intimidating work-place from top down like dictatorship.
