You are introduced to a lot of interesting engineering topics rather quickly. You can rise up as fast as you want if you put in the work. You get what you give. Very profitable business that is always looking to improve which means plenty of work to do so you will rarely find yourself bored.

Good pay, great bonuses. Benefits get better the longer you work there. Profit sharing basically ends up comparable to 401K matching.

Cons

Nothing really. I may depend on the department or group you're in.
