Haas Automation reviews

Another review said Haas was a Toxic Workplace. I looked it up on Wikipedia. I wasn’t sure I knew what that was. The definition online described Haas, like they’d worked here too. “Over time, positively motivated employees drift away from the workplace and only employees comfortable in the negatively charged atmosphere remain on staff” Layoffs every few months. Demotions. Early retirements. Now people finding new jobs voluntarily. Going away handshakes, emails or lunches are happening every week. People finding they are worth more once they scared enough by layoff to send resumes out. Those that left have to work without supervision now. More with less.

Too much emphasis on cutting cost, to the detriment of the products and the company. Low employee morale, due to layoffs and cost cutting. No one feels safe.
