Pros

Plenty of overtime. Lots of continuous improvement projects. Majority of workers are friendly. Clean and modern facility. Pride in the products and ability to actually use the product.

Cons

Easy to get stuck in one spot if your considered good at what your doing. Some supervisors and managers don't belong supervising or managing. Lack of standardization and procedure. Different managers have very different rules which can make it feel like you work for an entirely different company. Weak PTO policy.

Pros

One of the few companies I've worked that promotes on ability not seniority. Offers a monthly bonus program based on quality of machines we ship.

Cons

No sick days allowed, have to take vacation days if sick. Most managers are working managers and have little time to offer guidance or direction. Growing pains.

Great employees, good work. Owner and GM have provided great profit sharing and health benefits over the years.

Cons

Engineers must choose which managers they will side with. It's like a game of survivor with reviews promotions and project assignments based on alliances.
