Great people to work with. Mostly great products. Fair benefits. There is really nothing more to say about the good.

Cons

Management can improve. There is no guidance at all. The management doesn’t care at all about their employees and the HR department cares less!

great work environment, friendly people to work with, good insurance coverage, good communication within department, good opportunities to work with other people outside US and gain knowledge of industry.

Cons

poor communication between divisions, sometimes put in the middle of 'political battles', very little control over some aspects of the job - have to rely on Switzerland and how they want it done.
