      Solid people, the work is not overly difficult, manager is really nice,

      Cons

      Little too no training in most aspects of the job, poor resource management, no AC for people on the counter as of 7/18 (over a year of being open), petty bickering between branches and between branch managers and corporate.

      Great co-workers and seasonally fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Management of the Dayton Habegger’s constantly belittles employees to their faces and behind their back. They constantly micromanage you and listen in to all of you conversations if you are within earshot. With this the team, even though they are all great individuals, is quite divided and there is plenty of drama. Would not recommend unless you are a fan of toxic work environment.
