      Pros

      I honestly felt I was respected and my opinion was considered. A good place to start for younger techs looking for experience.

      Cons

      Working in field service, it was impossible to have a desirable work/life balance. I would leave home on Monday AM and not get home until late Friday PM. Then I would spend a good bit of the little time at home working on paper work over the weekend. All the while, there was tremendous pressure to reduce overtime and administrative time. This meant that a lot of work ended up off the clock.

      One of a small handful of large companies/organizations to work for in Larimer County, Colorado. Free Thanksgiving lunch, served by management team Small bonus opportunity based on company performance

      Cons

      little to no career advancement or upward mobility opportunities unachievable expectations; little reward no work-life balance high burn-out factor - too much work; not enough staff on a sustained basis some managers are allowed to manage employees by fear and intimidation
