Poor working culture across the organization especially at lower and mid levels. There is much information hiding and corporate politics. Office environment is highly misogynistic & openly so. Unprofessional, inappropriate &derogatory as well as sexist comments are routinely passed by members of the senior & mid management. There is zero accountability. HR is completely useless. Their businesses are failing & they are fighting to stay afloat. Basically this is a front for large payouts to senior management with zero actual work being done in the entire organization.
