      Health insurance Sick pay Wage Increases

      Cons

      Could be a great place to work but management in cork and Belgium need to cop on. Certain team leads bullying and destroying their lines but all that was done is overtime pulled. No actual action. People leaving every week to go out on mental health related issues. Pay increases get given to everyone. Even the people who do the bare minimum. Gentle gentle American approach ruining the working environment

      Cons

      Bad work culture and bad management. Managers don’t like genuine feedback from employees and would be treated badly if you do so; wouldn’t recommend to anyone because of the culture.
