Awful, just awful

Pros

Nice Head Office building, some truly great people

Cons

After so many changes of direction and staff cuts, everyone is in fear of their jobs, stressed and doing the work of 2-3 people with no recognition or appreciaition. The attitude is clearly, if you dont like it, go somewhere else to work. Inefficient systems and lack of staff make everything much harder than it needs to be

Pros

Some nice people at the company

Cons

Management is ineffective from top to bottom. Many tasks are more complicated and take more effort than they should. The building may look nice, but it’s falling apart—nothing ever works properly: lifts, toilets, etc. Every year, we’re told it’s the best year ever and how much profit has been made, yet we receive an embarrassing pay rise that’s always well below inflation.
