Pros

Supportive community with a commitment to career progression, generally friendly, opportunities for internal relocation, remote offices outside of London as of 2021

Cons

Flexible working not so flexible, issues with only hiring bare minimum staff result in unpaid overtime during crunch periods, an increasingly cold and corporate HR
