Pros

As a large company you feel very secure with good benefits and a nice working environment Very rarely work extra hours out of your 9-5 Ability to choose which hours you work within reason Good corporate structures Some lovely people there

Cons

Working in marketing was very frustrating as there wasn't much appetite for change Constantly running the exact same campaigns again and again is very boring Huge emphasis on minor tasks like raising POs and managing schedules over innovative and creative marketing campaigns Weren't encouraged or trained in any digital marketing which is so short sighted! Management are bullying at times and the internal politics are horrendous
