Pros

- small friendly and helpful team - big range of responsibilities - yearly bonus in summer, which is great before holidays - nice pension scheme, medical and travel insurance - comfortable working hours - free breakfast on Wednesdays and lunch on Fridays, cake and champagne for birthdays

Cons

- lower salary than in similar companies - not many career opportunities as it's a small company

Pros

The people are incredibly lovely, and steps are being made to demystify the promotion/pay rise process

Cons

Editorial assistants can still get stuck in their low paid roles for several years; however, this is the case across the business.
