Lots of room for movement, development and promotion around the business Wages are competitive Decent benefits package Offices are very high spec Great list of books Fantastic colleagues

Cons

Can tend towards being quite corporate, unlike some smaller publishers Have been many 'restructures' in my time here Lots of meetings
