Pros

I've worked here for over five years now and I feel that the company has really supported me throughout. I've worked in other industries and the contrast between how I am treated here and in those other sectors is vast. The workload is high, but people care about work life balance. I feel management have integrity - there is genuine investment in their DEI programme and we get perks like Fridays afternoons off in the summer.

Cons

As for all publishing jobs, I wish the salary was a bit higher!

Not worth the effort

Pros

Building is in a good location

Cons

Poorly managed middle management and below. Work effort is often not recognised and measured against other department's achievements. Frequent restructuring to upper management leading to ridiculous amount of rapid changes and amount of work. No sense of job security if you haven't been there for many years.
