      Challenging, fast-paced environment. Great learning experience and variety of patient cases. Great pay and raises.

      Poor management-high nurse manager turnover rate, nurse managers get bonuses for staying underbudget not for quality care. poor nurse-patient staffing ratios considering high patient acuity.

      Pros

      Fancy Purell dispensers and clean floors.

      Cons

      CNO hired brother in law after he was fired. He favors two nurses and that is discrimination. CNO doesn’t CARE about nurses. ER tells staff nurses to take 8-9 patients when floor ratio is much less. No one gives a hoot. Oh and NO BREAKS.
