      Pros

      Great direct manager, fun team, business team is good to work with, ability to learn new skill sets with new software implementation. Watched the team and hospital grow, gave me a sense of pride along with my team.

      Cons

      New leadership doesn’t want to keep current staff, seems to want to offshore or hire younger employees that won’t ask questions. Lack of trust for new Directorship Remote work completely removed with new leader Unable to provide honest feedback without fear of being written up
