      Very supportive coworkers and I truly felt like I helped my patients.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about the patients or their staff, they are there to collect a paycheck. The hospital’s favorite employees are those who don’t question or speak up when things don’t feel right. Staff are retaliated against when they do. Unethical treatment provided…does everyone really need ECT or is it all about the $$$? Most of management has never worked the floor so have no idea how things run or what our jobs entail, but they love to bark orders and then go home for the day. Nurses are rude, unmotivated and there to collect a paycheck, the worst bedside manner ever. the hospital’s treatment of their PTs is the last priority.
