      extremely busy and understaffed due to lots of staff and techs leaving due to back stabbing co-workers and poor management . Many other place to work

      I work in the ER as an NA and the charge nurses are very flexible. Especially if you are a student. As a per diem employee scheduling is left up to you, you can work as much or as little as you'd like.

      Cons

      I can only share experience from working in the ER. It is extremely hectic, nurses do not have time to render proper care for their clients. If you are patient observing, most times you do not get break on time and will have to call the charge nurse. Also, as a nursing assistant you are often called to patient sit instead of working the floor. otherwise, good company to work for
