      Jersey Shore is a great place to work. Work load can be overwhelming and difficult with staffing shortages

      Pros

      Lab is large and spacious. Majority of staff are friendly. Great learning experience. Blood bank supervisor is an amazing boss.

      Cons

      This is a very busy lab that is experiencing adjustment to an ever expanding work load. Very little downtime and missing specimens can be a challenge. Staff shortage on eves and night so you will work hard to cover missing people. Nights and Eves Core lab poor managment leads to favoritism and decisiveness amongst techs.

      Pros

      Some of the best experiences in the workforce are in healthcare. Being able to help people and their families is just something special. Benefits from a healthcare company is second to none.

      Cons

      Every job has its cons. This job is unfortunately a dead-end job. You only have one advancement opportunity into the director of your department. While you can be payed a bit more for the promotion, you aren't going to rise much higher than that. Compensation for this position is one of the lowest paying in the state.

      Pros

      Salary is ok. Team work and people you work with. Staff is generally hard working so they need to be recognized. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Lack of staff. Constant need for pulling off floors to do 1:1. No enough help. Too many patients not enough staff. Lack of supplies for patient care such as blankets and other necessities.
