      Very busy hospital that will always keep you challenged

      Pros

      The hospital is constantly growing, and our health benefits are good. We get merit raises now, but this is only beneficial as long as you're on management's good side.

      Cons

      They took away our sick time. Also, they make decisions without consulting the employees who are affected even though they don't do the job themselves.
