      Excellent benefits, great place to work. Lots of support from peers. New Equipment. Excellent merit increases for job welldone

      Cons

      Very busy, at times too much on everyone's plate. Too far from my home. Parking is an issue for employees.

      Great opportunities for advancement within the staff nursing world. Comprehensive facility. Great co-workers. High retention facility.

      Cons

      They need to hire nurse anesthetists. At the time that I was there, I was leaving the facility to go to school to become a CRNA. They didn't hire CRNAs at the time I was there.
