      Large Hospital offers opportunity to work in different departments.

      Cons

      VERY Political if your looking for advancement, they make changes to leadership constantly. Unorganized management structure, people who work hard are not rewarded and those who are useless remain in leadership positions. They "know" someone. Go there to get paid "more" you will work three times as hard for it because its about the bottom line NOT you the employee.
