      Pros

      Good Salary, Education opportunity, Unbelievable Career Growth for those who work very hard. People are not shy to complement you for hard work or for professionalism. Work hard and your bosses will lift you.

      Cons

      Off-site parking for the first 5 years requiring a shuttle to the hospital from the lot and vice versa every day. Managers and supervisors are very powerful, which can be bad at times.
