very competitive compensation; strong focus on benefits; flexibility in schedule; vacation time; job security; innovation in technology and clinically; facility stability is strong

they work the over achievers to the grave and the under-achievers are left to do as they want; the pressures of the environement make others go at each other depending on who is leaning on whom;poor manangement behavior is less than optimal yet if you bring in the bucks that's OK and the poor behavior is swept under the rug; dispresect runs rampid when others have to cover their own buts; many depts have the 'I'm not doing that philosophy and pass the buck so the eyes are not on them
