      The Salaries are pretty good.

      Cons

      There are many bullies working here. The culture is not what you know but who you know. Some directors/managers border on unethical behavior. They are big on reengineering - no one is safe.

      Friendly and dedicated staff members. Many programs available for community to be involved. Benefits are excellent with much variety of incentives available

      Cons

      Depending on the number of staff available, it is often difficult to take time off, Work process are occasionally very confusing.
