Not a lot of pros honestly. Decent as a fresh start.
Cons
Lots.
1. Not a good team
2. No work-life balance
3. No perks
4. Average salary

This is really sad to see. Would be really helpful if you can please reach out to us and share more specific details? While we are noting your feedback here too.
The people are understanding. Everyone is open to having conversations and decision making is more or less collaborative. Feeling comfortable with your colleague does not take long even in this WFH scenario. Kudos to the team for achieving this rare feat.
Cons
Reducing manpower, increasing the workload of the rest, and making no changes to the pay seems to be a trend in the organisation. Pay is far below industry standards and job descriptions are well defined but poorly executed. Changes in roles and responsibility seems common as well, but that can be seen in almost all start ups.
