      Average salaries, we are asked questions such as "prove that you are eligible for hikes". Highly unplanned management. Over hiring and layoffs

      1) There is always a place to grow for the people who work really hard 2) Every time people will learn new things from the VP of International Sales 3) SR DG Manager accelerates the team performance 4) People will get incentives more than they expect 5) Realtime appreciation for the achievements Newbies join this kickass team if you want to see 3X growth

      It depends upon person to person. But for me no cons.
