Pros

Assertive culture. The team works hard and are driven to be the best. The organization has a swagger that the right-fit employees enjoy. Really exciting place to work.

Cons

Less structured than large enterprise and similar to most venture or PE start-ups. You either thrive or suffer in the culture. Not for the faint of heart.

Pros

Cool mission with the company growing

Cons

The company grows but they cannot careless about your growth. Overwork employees and their social media reflects that they are proud of that fact. All their milestone involved employees who "do not sleep". Maybe due to the stress they endure while working there. Work life balance is zero, or maybe negative. They always have a reason to not give out raise. They lost so many real talents and tend to retain those who use their mouth more than their brain.

Pros

The pay is good, and the work is interesting; the mission that the company set out on is important.

Cons

The company is disorganized, and that's putting it lightly. Multiple different working groups, most of which don't have good or clear communication with each other, and largely due to cultural issues rather and mode of communication rather than anything else. Some managers have meetings all day, and yet sometimes basic information fails to get communicated. Managers are usually doing both IC work and manager work at the same time. Culture is, for better or worse, somewhat monolithic. Not the longest hours, but long hours are the default.
