Pros

This company is full of very kind and intelligent people. I noticed right away that there is a very cooperative essence in most departments that I have interacted with. Most individuals work to support others and stay solution oriented. I appreciate that even with everyday challenges, there is not a tendency to throw teammates under the bus. Very refreshing.

Cons

For those with CPG experience, note that working with a portfolio of brands is very different and much more complex than supporting a single brand. This is not necessarily a con but should be considered as an additional level of knowledge and responsibility needed.

This used to be a great place to work. Great products, great culture, competitive pay until they let go of all of the good employees.

Cons

Constant layoffs, declining sales, lacking in processes, complicated organization.
