Use to be a good company to work for. Use to have fair pay and achieve-able goals. Free health insurance.

Cons

Has a ridiculous pay scale and absurd rules. No longer good insurance. Management doesn’t care about employees. Or their concerns. Just wants stylist to treat clients like an assembly line
