Pros

Flexible scheduling, easy to request time off, easily built a clientele, easy to maintain a current clientele if coming from a different place, bonuses/incentives, direct line to corporate, and I make a lot of money.

Cons

Financially I’m doing really well can’t find too many cons.

I have no pros for this place

Cons

Anyone with a license can work here. You don't have to actually know how to cut hair. There are no benefits and you are 1099 but you have to follow 12578 rules as though you are an employee. The owner will talk to you any way he chooses. You're only getting time off if another is willing to cover you.
