Nice place to build your experience with an exposure to wide variety of projects. Decent pay rate with a friendly & supportive staff. Conducts annual performance review of employees and promotes internally.

they will keep you busy

no communication ,no leadership ,high turn over rate ,everyday is a constant struggle because you don't know if you will be fired ,the company has a lot of people but half do not know what they are doing ,a lot of favoritism ,if I could give you one advice is just to not work for this company .
