Very mean owner that berates his employees at the end of most days by sending out hateful emails. No constructive criticism, no training or mentoring, no nothing; just mean tirades and temper tantrums from the multimillionaire owner from up on his throne. Best part is that the owner isn't even part of the management or operations of the company.
This company turns over between 60 and 130 people a year and the company is only 210 people total. They have a complete disregard for careers and utilizing people's talents. If you get hired to do one thing, just wait, within days you'll be doing whatever management wants you to do. There is no reporting structure or productive work environment. They have a poor reputation in all industries. The owners could care less about safety and or reporting safety.
