Pros
Fun, ever-changing environment. The staff usually makes it worthwhile to be there.
Cons
Shifts were varied per week. Priority hours like 8 am-4 pm were given to favorites Most newbies would receive closing hours 2-10:30pm or midday shifts 11-7 pm. Holidays could be nightmares, employees would have to place notices 6 months in advance to make sure they get opportune times. Customers can be customers but there were lots of the ones that had their way of doing things and our staff had to do a lot of babysitting to make sure customers were behaving and or not causing a disturbance within the store.
