Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits are good, time off almost always gets approved, PTO and sick time, ability to check out items, employee discount, bonuses, interesting environment, small company, (usually) cool employees.
Cons
Interacting with the types of customers we get is tiring, lots of creepy/aggressive customers (from female perspective), bathrooms are usually gross, merchandise can be icky sometimes, moving up within the company is difficult and competitive. Can be cliquey.
